Mr. Alvarado has 6 years of experience in environmental consulting and project management. His experience includes due diligence services, soil and groundwater assessment, and implementation of remediation for regulator-driven and voluntary clean-up programs. Mr. Alvarado is experienced in developing alternative cost‐benefit solutions and a proven ability to team with clients, legal counsel, regulators, and contractors to tackle a wide range of environmental challenges.
